Do you know the #1 reason EFT doesn't seem to work? 

The #1 reason EFT doesn't seem to work for people is because they have a target that is not very specific and therefore too large to make a good target. There is kind of an art to finding good targets. But when in doubt just create a smaller, more specific one and then try EFT again. The easiest way to select a specific target is to use a "specific event" which is something that happened in a very brief period, preferably just a moment or a few moments of time. 

Another reason that EFT appears ineffective is the inability to recognize the various "aspects" of a problem and realize that as you tap you are switching from aspect to aspect, making therefore
unidentifiable progress.

Tips: Using EFT More Effectively

People sometimes ask how to go about using EFT for the greatest benefit. I suggest using it with consistency in these three ways:
1) Do one round of EFT when you first wake up in the morning. I trained myself to do this before my feet hit the floor, and on some days even before I open my eyes in the morning. The purpose of doing it as soon as you wake up is to start your day with your energy system tuned up. It can make a big difference. If you don't know what to say you can tap on the possibility of being 'psychologically reversed' (kind of like having your battery in backwards---your energy system has an electrical component to it). "Even though I might be psychologically reversed I deeply and completely love, forgive and accept myself."
