EFT for the Holiday

Do you find yourself stressed from too much to do over the holidays? Eating more than usual? Eating too much sugar, or drinking too much alcohol? Not getting enough sleep? Spending too much money? Feeling low on energy?

Although the holidays are supposed to be a season of light and joy, many people have these kinds of experiences during this time of year. Fortunately, EFT is often effective at reducing stress and cravings, and has also been known to help people change unwanted behaviors—not though toughing it out with will power, but with a sense of increased ease.

By just taking 5 minutes here and 5 minutes there throughout the day to tap on what is bothering you you might feel a lot better. And, then you might be able to enjoy the holiday season more than you would otherwise.

Remember that the #1 reason EFT doesn't seem to work for people is that they are tapping on something general ("Even though I feel stressed during the holidays..." is very general). Being specific when you tap generally yields better results ("Even though I feel stressed about going to John's holiday party because I might not know anyone there..." is more specific.)

I wish you a happy Holiday Season filled with lots of tapping, peace and joy!
